Evans House is a uniquely renovated building with respect to its more than 100 years old architectural design providing all modern facilities. The property consists of 3 individual apartments. The “Luxury Studio with Veranda” and “One Bedroom Evans Apartment” share the same main entrance in the one side of the building at Evans 7 Street. The “One Bedroom Athinon Apartment” has its entrance at the other side of the building. Evans House is located in Chania Town at Koum Kapi area, next to the beach and a few minutes walk from Chania center, the famous Venetian Port as well as many cafeterias and restaurants.
Evans House II – Parodos 1i Dodekanisou
Evans House II consists of 2 private detached Maisonettes. The “One bedroom Maisonette” is a 2-level house, the bedroom is at the upper floor and can accommodate to 2 persons plus one at a sofa bed. The “Maisonette with Jacuzzi” is a fully renovated 3-level, 2 bedroom Seaview house that offers a luxurious accommodation with attention to every detail and can accommodate up to 4 persons plus 2 at a sofa bed. Both are located at Koum Kapi area, next to the beach and a few minutes walk from Chania city center, the famous Venetian Port as well as many cafeterias and restaurants.
