Dear guests,

Based on the specific health protocols against COVID-19, after notification of the ministry of health and the ministry of tourism, we as a business, have been taking measures to eliminate the chances of anyone being exposed to any potential threat.

The room service works upon request. This means that in order for your bed sheets and towels to be changed, as well as for your room to be cleaned by the room service staff, you will have to notify the reception and we will do our best to meet your needs.

All doors and windows must be sealed while the air condition is in operation.

Evans Houses have obtained all necessary certifications and the owners of have attended the obligatory 10 hour distance learning seminar about Covid19 safety measurements and successfully passed the exams. The seminars were organized by the Medical Department of the University of Crete and the Region of Crete.

The cleaning staff is carefully advised, all appropriate measurements are taken during the cleaning and all the products used are certified.

In the unlikely event of a Covid19 incident in our premises we have a medical kit available and the one of the owners Georgoulakis Stratos is resposible for the patient’s safe transfer to Chania Hospital located at Mournies (5km distance from Evans Houses). The emergency telephone line 1135 is 24/7 available and the General Hospital of Chania is certified and well equipped to take care of Covid19 incidents.
