Evans House II 3-level Maisonette, is a fully renovated 2 bedroom house with respect to its more than 100 years old architectural design and a lot of attention to every detail, capable of accommodating 4-6 guests. Traditional stone house structure combined with exceptional interior archtectural design promise a unique experience for your vacations in Chania City. All modern facilities are provided, jacuzzi bathtube , luxury bed mattresses, wifi, solar heated boiler, flat TV and A/C unit in all bedrooms and kitchen. At the ground floor there is the kitchen, the dining area, a 2 person sofa-bed well as the master bathroom with jacuzzi. The 1st floor bedroom has double bed, a private bathroom and small veranda and the 2nd floor bedroom also has a double bed with panoramic sea view.

The space was restored keeping two things in mind, to provide modern amenities and comfort and to maintain the original heritage character of the building. The architect went to great lengths to restore, reuse and recycle much from the original structure, reclaimed wood and original tiles were refitted.
