Evans House II – One Bedroom Maisonette is a renovated 2-level one bedroom house with respect to its original architecture, capable of accommodating 2-3 guests.
At the ground floor there is the living room with a sofa bed, the kitchen, the dining area and a small bathroom with shower. At the first floor there is the bedroom with a double bed (quite steep and narrow stairs).
The house is fully furnished with home appliances and a fully equipped kitchen.
This detached 2-level maisonette is next to the beach and the cafes of Koum Kapi. Five-minute walk to the famous Venetian harbor of Chania, the central Market and the shops.
